Step One: Get in touch
Send us an email, or speak to us on the phone (contact
us) and tell us who you are and what you would like your
website to do. Don't worry if you're still a bit
vague, we're here to help you figure the next bit out.
We'll have a chat about your business or organisation, and
get to know a little bit about you.
Step Two: Picking a
type of website
Next, we need to decide what kind of website would be best
for you. If you already have some idea (feel free to
check out our websites guide), then great! If not,
we'll talk through what you want your website to do, your
budget, and any material you may have already, and help you
choose. We'll come up with some ideas, and you can
decide if you want to go ahead with them. This
consultation is free, and we won't charge you anything if
you decide at this point not to go ahead.
We'll now start drawing up some designs for you to look at,
which we can send via email or post, or if you like, we may
be able to arrange a face-to-face meeting or a visit to your
business, depending on your location.
If you would like us to design a website for
you, we ask for a small initial design deposit, about 10% of
the final cost, while we draw up some detailed designs. Don't
worry - if you don't like the designs, we will modify them
to try and find something that suits. You can pay the
deposit by PayPal, which offers you buyer protection should
we fail to deliver (we promise not to run away though!) and
also means that you don't have to hand over any card details
to us, as these are all kept safe and secure by PayPal.
